    German Olaf Ludwig, American Frankie Andreu and Dutchman Adrie van der Poel on the slippery wet cobblestones at Ennevelin in pursuit on Andrei Tchmil. The muddy wet road hard to ride due to some heavy rain minutes before the race passed along.    
    A day that started with sunshine ending in misery. First time ever I saw the race 'live' in bad conditions. Things look otherwise but I wasn't fully prepared for it. Photos are made with a Milnolta 9xi camera.
